With a spring form clasp and loose bottom design, it takes the hassle out of baking perfectly formed cakes by working together to easily remove them without damage. Constructed with aluminized carbon steel, it can conduct heat efficiently and easily withstands every day wear and tear for continued baking performance. The superior non-stick coating - Whitford Eclipse - prevents food from sticking to the pan, making for an easier clean-up whilst resistant to chips and cracks. Versatile in use, the cake tin can be used in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher, although hand wash is recommended to maintain the tin's pristine finish. It can also be used in the oven up to 220 degrees, meaning you can continue to use it time and time again without it warping.
