Skilled assassins make themselves available for hire to the Mafia in modern day Russia but one assassin, Carver (Cuba Gooding Jr.) takes on a job with a gang that he was once hired to make a hit on and soon a gang war breaks out. To make things worse, another assassin (Dolph Lundgren) has been hired to take out Carver.
